This Privacy Policy explains how Iterica handles information when you use LumiNest: Animals, LumiNest: Vehicles, LumiNest: Toys, LumiNest: Food, LumiNest: HomeObjects, and LumiNest: Expressions and other LumiNest apps or services that link to this policy.

1. Our Approach To Children’s Privacy

LumiNest is designed for young children and their parents or caregivers. We aim to keep data collection minimal and to avoid features that are not necessary for a calm, child-focused learning experience.

No account is required to start using the apps.
No public profiles, chat, or social posting features are included.
No in-app advertising is shown in the apps covered by this policy.

2. Information We May Collect

App settings stored on the device or in the shared app group, such as language, narration, and playback preferences.
Purchase and entitlement information provided by Apple so the app can unlock paid content after a purchase or restore.
Limited first-party app analytics and operational data we collect for our own internal operations, such as a device or vendor identifier, app version, operating system version, device model, session and app interaction events, and purchase-state events such as trial start, trial expiry, or conversion.
Information you provide if you contact us directly, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

3. Information We Do Not Intend To Collect Through The Apps

We do not require children to provide personal information to play.
We do not offer public user-generated content features in the apps.
We do not intend to collect precise location data through the apps.
We do not intend to use the apps to serve interest-based advertising to children.

4. How We Use Information

To remember preferences and keep the app experience consistent.
To unlock purchases and restore entitlements.
To operate, secure, debug, and improve the apps, including measuring feature usage and purchase flows on a first-party basis.
To respond to support requests and legal questions.

5. Parents And Caregivers

Parents and caregivers control settings, purchases, and device-level permissions. Some settings may be protected behind a parent gate or other child-resistant interaction inside the apps.

6. Third Parties

The apps are distributed through Apple. Purchases, billing, and restore flows are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s own policies.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the apps, and we do not share in-app analytics data with unrelated third-party analytics vendors. App telemetry described in this policy is collected by Iterica for our own internal operations and product improvement.

We may use service providers for support, hosting, security, or other operational needs. Those providers process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and not for their own advertising or profiling purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

LumiNest is designed for young children and their parents. We do not ask children to submit direct contact information such as their name, email address, or phone number to use the apps. The apps may automatically process limited device and usage data for internal operations such as app functionality, security, purchase restoration, and first-party analytics. We do not use this data for interest-based advertising.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact support@iterica.app and we will review the request.

8. Data Retention

Local settings remain on the device until they are changed or the apps are removed. First-party operational logs and analytics event data are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, debugging, internal analytics, purchase verification, and service operations, after which they are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified where appropriate. Support inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, comply with legal obligations, and maintain support history.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction relating to personal information you provide directly to us. To make a request, contact support@iterica.app.

10. International Use

LumiNest apps may be available in multiple countries and languages. If you use the apps from outside The Netherlands, your information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes To This Policy
